FAQ
When should I get my windows cleaned?
Windows can be cleaned year-round. Most clients schedule cleanings in the spring and fall, but winter and summer cleanings are equally effective. Regular cleaning improves appearance, protects the glass, and allows more natural light into your home or business.
How Often should I get my windows cleaned?
For most residential properties, we recommend professional window cleaning two to four times per year. Commercial properties often benefit from more frequent service, depending on location, exposure, and appearance standards. We are happy to help you determine a schedule that fits your property and goals.
Where do you offer services?
We offer our services to the greater Denver Metro area, and surrounding areas. This includes mountain towns and plains. If you need our services, chances are we cover your area.
Are you insured?
Yes, we hold both a General Liability and Umbrella Policy over the state required limits, this is for your safely and ours.
What if I only have a few windows? Can I still get professional window cleaning services?
Absolutely, you can choose as many or few windows as you want. However, it is our experience that as soon as you see how sparkling clean those few are, you will want the rest to match. This goes for exterior only services as well. We highly recommend adding interior, that way you receive the full clean experience.
When and how often should my gutters be cleaned?
Gutters should typically be cleaned at least once or twice per year. Most commonly in the spring and fall. Properties with heavy tree coverage may require more frequent service. Regular gutter cleaning helps prevent water damage, foundation issues, and ice buildup.
Can you remove hard water stains or other debris from windows?
Yes. We offer specialized services to remove hard water stains, mineral buildup, paint, and other debris. Results depend on the severity and how long the debris has been present, but we will always assess the glass and set clear expectations before proceeding.
Should I leave a review?
Reviews are always appreciated. Client feedback helps us grow and allows others to confidently choose our services. While never required, we value and welcome your experience and input.
Do you offer a rain guarantee?
We do not, however, we always strive for client satisfaction so if we need to make some modifications to this protocol from time to time, we will.
What if I'm not satisfied?
Your satisfaction is extremely important to us. If there is ever a concern, we ask that you contact us promptly so we can address it. We take pride in our work and will always make it right.
What do I do to prepare for your visit?
Preparation is minimal. We ask that you move any fragile items or furniture away from windows and ensure pets are secured. If we need access inside the home, we will coordinate with you in advance.
How are your services priced?
Pricing is based on the scope of work, number of windows, accessibility, and any additional services requested. We provide clear, upfront pricing with no surprises and are happy to offer estimates before scheduling.
